Michaela is one of the best people I have ever met. She is so sweet. I have seen her foster so many dogs and spend a ton of time with her throughout the years and all I can say is wow!! She loves dogs and animals more than anything in the world and would do anything for them. I would trust Michaela with my dogs life in a heartbeat and not many others.

I know Michaela personally and have watched her love of animals grow the duration of our relationship. I have witnessed her foster dogs including a pregnant dog. She nurtured the mother during her pregnancy and continued to nurture her and the puppies until they found their new homes. She was instrumental in finding the mother and the puppies homes. I know she had not been involved with a litter being born. So she was very proactive and read texts, researched possible trouble spots during labor and delivery and made sure she had supplies that could possibly be needed if any of these situations occurred. She weighed the puppies daily to make sure they were all thriving. She has helped me with problem solving my personal dogs' behaviors to make my household more peaceful and manageable. I look forward to my conversations with Michaela particularly because she is so positive about the dogs with which she is involved. Her goal is for each of them to be happy and well adjusted, regardless of the situations from which they come. Her home is a safe place for them to land and they sense that and the love she has for them. I feel that she has always boosted up the underdogs, whether human or canine.
